Bookings

Please book your Breakfast Club and/or Loders After School Club place on ParentPay. 

Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club is run 5 days a week in the hall by school staff. The doors open at 8.00am and it runs until 8.35am when the children are free to join their classes at the start of the school day. Please bring your child to the Office entrance to drop them off. The children are provided with a choice of cereals or toast with a selection of spreads and hot or cold drinks. No food will be served if your child arrives after 8.20am. Breakfast club is open to all children from Reception to Year 6 at a cost of £2.00 per morning. Bookings are required to secure a place and must be made on ParentPay.

Loders After School Club (LASC)

We also run an After School Club by school staff which is also held in the hall or a classroom on Monday to Thursday. It provides parents with excellent value, high quality child care between 3.30pm – 4.30pm every day of the week. Again, bookings are required to secure a place and must be made in advance on ParentPay. The cost of this is £5 per child.

There is an exciting programme of activities in place on different days of the week which include arts and crafts, computing, board games and puzzles and also activities in the playground, weather permitting . Please see over the page for the timetable of activities and clubs available this term.

If you need an emergency place at Loders After School Club and have not booked in advance, please call the school office. You will be able to book a place on the day if there are spaces remaining, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case.

Please note that if your child is booked into After School Club and does not attend and no cancellation has been received (48 hours in advance), a charge will still be made for the session not attended. If your child is not collected by 4.40pm a late fee of £10.00 will be charged for the first hour and subsequently £20.00 for the next hours.
